On realising that I was going to watch an amateur production I embarrassingly didn't have high hopes for this production of Little Women the Musical - however, within the first few lines, I was proven very wrong. The Stock Exchange Dramatic and Operatic Society - better known as Sedos - are an amateur company who I now realise deliver professional standard productions. Little Women the Musical is based on the well-known novel by Louisa May Alcott and thankfully stays very true to the … [Read more...]
Let’s All Dance – The Magic Word at Chelsea Theatre – Review
Let’s All Dance promises that The Magic Word is a gorgeous ballet full of fun, education and giving children “a treat they’ll never forget” and my word - it certainly does this. This ballet is aimed at and created for young children and families. However, being a twenty-something audience member myself I still thoroughly enjoyed it! Review of Personals The Musical at Landor Theatre
I imagine that not many people would know what to expect when entering the Landor Theatre for “Ain't No Other Productions” theatrical production of “Personals The Musical” created by none other than the production team of “FRIENDS”. Review of Miss-Leading Ladies at St James Studio Theatre

Ceri Dupree is not … [Read more...]
Review of Damn Yankees at the Landor Theatre
Damn Yankees at the Landor Theatre is certainly a delightful show. With excellently written musical numbers from Richard Adler and Jerry Ross, great direction by Robert McWhir, and casting by Benjamin Newsome, this production of the original hit Broadway musical is not one to be missed. I must admit I was worried as to how this show could work in such an intimate venue; however my original doubts were soon forgotten due to the stunning choreography by Robbie O’Reilly. Everything we love about … [Read more...]
