It’s fantastic that Perfect Pitch can offer such great opportunities and I’m really pleased to be able to play my part.”

The partnership with DigitalTheatre.com and Digital Theatre Plus will introduce two productions from the Perfect Pitch catalogue, “From Up Here” and “LIFT”, available from 7th April 2015
Perfect Pitch is a not-for-profit theatre company, supported by Arts Council England, dedicated to creating new British musicals. They work in collaboration with venues, writers, producers and creatives across the UK and beyond to create, develop, produce and license high quality new British musicals.
“From Up Here” is a musical by Aaron Lee Lambert that explores time, change and the choices that shape the lives of five very different people whose paths cross in the most unlikely of ways. With a fresh, contemporary score that draws influences from Adam Guettel and Jason Robert Brown, From Up Here asks the question: what makes life worth living?
“LIFT” is about people and connections. The connections we have without knowing about them, the connections we lose sight of and the connections we don’t mean to have. It is a lesson in all things that go unsaid, opportunities not taken and those split second assumptions we make about faces we might pass everyday on our way to work but never even smile at. The cast includes Julie Atherton and star of The Colour Purple Cynthia Erivo.
Speaking about the new partnership, DigitalTheatre.com Co-Founder Robert Delamere said, “DigitalTheatre.com and Perfect Pitch are committed to introducing the arts to as wide an audience as possible and through our partnership with Perfect Pitch we strive to promote new voices in the field of musical theatre. Our education service Digital Theatre Plus www.digitaltheatreplus.com promotes the understanding of the processes of creation and development, which is so key to the future of musical theatre and its emerging talent.”
