Channel your inner Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers!
This weekly Adult Tap session is a great way to keep fit whilst having fun at the same time. We welcome participants of all ages and ability, as each exercise is tailored to the group, allowing you to follow at your own pace.
Tap dancing is one of the best cardio workouts you can do, so why go for a run when you could tap instead? Come and join us to find out what all the fuss is about.
Classes run weekly on Friday evenings, 5.30pm – 6.30pm.
