John Barrowman announces UK Tour in 2015

You Raise Me Up John BarrowmanJohn Barrowman has announced that he will tour in 2015, his first full UK tour in four years.

Commencing on 16th May, 2015 in Southend, the tour will visit towns and cities across the UK, before concluding at Gateshead on 8th June, 2015.

The You Raise Me Up tour will be in support of his new album of the same name, which will be released next week and was funded via the music crowdfunding site PledgeMusic.

John Barrowman, popular for his roles in musical theatre and television, was awarded an MBE in the 2014 Queen’s Birthday Honours list.

Tuesday 19 May – Liverpool Philharmonic Hall
Wednesday 20 May – Sheffield City Hall
Friday 22 May – Manchester Bridgewater Hall
Saturday 23 May – Bournemouth BIC
Sunday 24 May – London Palladium
Tuesday 26 May – Ipswich Regent
Wednesday 27 May – York Barbican
Friday 29 May – Blackpool Opera House
Saturday 30 May – Cardiff Motorpoint Arena
Sunday 31 May – Brighton Dome
Tuesday 2 June – Edinburgh Playhouse
Thursday 4 June – Glasgow Clyde Auditorium
Saturday 6 June – Birmingham Symphony Hall
Monday 8 June – Gateshead Sage

Tickets will go on general sale from 10.00am on Friday, 27 June.

For his new album, You Raise Me Up, John has teamed up with PledgeMusic to create a CD using their “Direct to Fan” platform, enabling fans to be part of the process. The album will be released on 30 June.
