When a small, lost bear from Peru arrives in London in search of a new home, a chance encounter with the Brown family leads him to the wonderful world of Windsor Gardens.
But London isn’t all afternoon teas and friendly faces – and even the happiest families have their cracks beneath the surface. So when a mysterious and vengeful villain sets her sights on Paddington, the Browns embark on a thrilling rescue mission, realising they need this special bear as much as he needs them.

Age guidance: A marmalade packed adventure recommended for ages 6+. Children under the age of 3 cannot be admitted. Guests aged 16 or under must be seated next to an accompanying adult. All guests attending, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

By bus
Several bus routes stop along The Strand, just a short walk from the theatre, including 6, 9, 11, 15, 23, 87, 93, 139, and 176.
Additional bus services are available around Trafalgar Square, approximately 10–12 minutes away on foot.

Getting around
Step-free access and wheelchairs
Access to the Stalls involves 75 steps from the foyer, with no lift available, and is not suitable for patrons with limited mobility. The Dress Circle is 32 steps down from the foyer, though there is also a street-level entrance via Carting Lane for Dress Circle access.
Wheelchair users must use the Carting Lane entrance, which can accommodate one wheelchair user with a companion or two wheelchair users without companions per performance. Some seats allow transfer from wheelchairs, though most accessible seating still involves a small number of steps. Fully step-free wheelchair spaces are also available.
Staff can escort guests from the main Savoy Court entrance to Carting Lane if needed, though this involves a 10-minute walk and some gradients.
Facilities
Bars are located on all levels, but there is no step-free access to them. However, drinks can be delivered to seats on request.
Accessible toilets
Toilets are available on all levels, with accessible toilet facilities located on Dress Circle level.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. They can remain with patrons during performances if an aisle seat is booked in advance, or be looked after by theatre staff during the show.

Visual impairment services
The theatre offers audio description, touch tours, and other visual accessibility services. Large print and Braille programmes may also be available on request.
Hearing assistance
Hearing enhancement is available via the Mobile Connect app, which streams audio directly to personal devices. Wired headphones are recommended for best performance, and a power bank is advised for longer shows.
