At the recent Critics’ Circle Annual Awards, Kenneth Branagh and Judi Dench spoke on theatre, jokes, critics during excellence in film award 2016 at the UK Critics Circle ceremony.

Dame Judi Dench, who won the Trewin Award for Best Shakespearean Performance for her turn as Paulina in The Winter’s Tale.

The Winter’s Tale, Shakespeare’s timeless tragicomedy of obsession and redemption, which opened to critical acclaim at London’s Garrick Theatre on 7th November, 2015 is reimagined in a new production co-directed by Rob Ashford and Kenneth Branagh. Judi Dench played Paulina opposite Kenneth Branagh as Leontes.
